The download is a 5.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To utilize this model in 3ds Max, merge the file into your scene using the 'Merge' command to preserve existing layers and material assignments. The table and chairs are grouped for ease of placement; ungroup them if individual adjustments to chair positioning or rotation are required. Ensure the material maps are correctly linked in your material editor. Use the provided pivot points for quick alignment with floor surfaces or to adjust chair spacing around the table.
