About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a modular three-seater sofa, a matching lounge chair, and a low-profile coffee table. This three-piece furniture set comprises a modular three-seater sofa and a companion lounge chair, both upholstered in a textured, light-beige fabric. The sofa features a clean, block-like profile with deep seats and thick cushions, accented by three square scatter cushions in a contrasting tan shade. Accompanying the seating is a modern coffee table with a dark, wood-grain finish and an open, white-finished central storage void. The arrangement is presented as a cohesive set, with the seating pieces sharing a unified aesthetic suitable for modern lounge spaces and open-plan living areas.

The download is a 88.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into components to facilitate easy placement and re-arrangement within your model. Users should utilise the native layering system to manage the geometry separately from the accessories. Scaling should be applied uniformly to maintain the proportions of the cushions and frame. Materials are mapped using standard SketchUp texture application; users can replace these with custom high-resolution textures or adjust the colour properties within the material editor to suit specific interior design schemes.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end waiting areas, this set provides a balanced, ready-to-use seating arrangement. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior designs or contemporary project palettes where neutral, warm tones are required. Professionals can search for this asset when drafting floor plans for apartment interiors or commercial lounge layouts. The set serves as a versatile anchor for interior visualisations, providing a realistic sense of scale and comfort in both early-stage massing models and final presentation renders.
