About this asset

This 3ds Max contemporary 2-seater sofa set features beige fabric upholstery and a pair of circular glass-topped coffee tables. This contemporary living room set includes a compact 2-seater sofa and two nesting-style coffee tables. The sofa is finished in a neutral beige fabric with clean, straight lines and subtle metal feet. Accompanying the seating are two circular coffee tables with warm-toned wooden frames and glass inserts, supported by slender, splayed legs. The set also includes decorative accessories such as a dark patterned scatter cushion, a green ceramic vase, a glass decanter, and a small potted orchid, providing a complete, styled arrangement for interior visualisations.

The download is a 23.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy separation of the sofa from the coffee tables and decorative elements. Users can apply custom fabric shaders to the sofa via the material editor, while the glass and wood components utilise standard reflective and diffuse maps. The assets are scaled to real-world dimensions, making them straightforward to merge into existing interior scenes without requiring significant adjustment to the pivot points or geometry.

Ideal for residential living room projects, this set serves as a versatile focal point for modern apartments or boutique hotel lobby designs. It pairs well with minimalist rugs and neutral wall palettes to create a balanced, inviting space. Professionals typically search for this type of asset when populating open-plan interiors, staging real estate renders, or designing comfortable waiting areas where a cohesive, ready-to-use furniture arrangement is required to save time during the final stages of the design process.
