About this asset

This modern rectangular wall art piece for 3ds Max features an abstract monochrome composition encased in a slim black frame. This wall-mounted artwork showcases a minimalist aesthetic, defined by a stark, high-contrast geometric design. The composition is split diagonally between deep charcoal and off-white tones, creating a bold visual tension across the rectangular canvas. The entire piece is enclosed within a slender, dark-toned metal frame that provides a clean, refined edge. The surface is protected by a clear glass pane, which adds a subtle reflective quality to the overall presentation. Its vertical orientation makes it a versatile choice for various interior settings that require a sophisticated, contemporary focal point.

The download is a 748 KB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a single, ready-to-use object. Users can easily merge this into their scene, adjusting the scale to fit specific wall dimensions or gallery arrangements. The material setup includes distinct channels for the frame and the glass, allowing for quick adjustments to reflections or frame finish. Standard practice involves placing this against wall surfaces using snapping tools, ensuring the glass surface is offset slightly from the wall geometry to avoid Z-fighting during rendering.

This piece is ideal for modern residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or minimalist office reception areas. It pairs well with neutral interior palettes, providing a sharp contrast that draws the eye without overwhelming the space.
