Modern Two-Storey Residential Villa Scene

This modern two-storey residential villa scene for 3ds Max features a detailed facade with wood accents, concrete walling, and integrated landscaping. Designed as a comprehensive exterior scene, this two-storey villa showcases a clean, contemporary aesthetic defined by sharp lines and a material palette of smooth white render, warm-toned timber cladding, and large glass apertures. The composition includes a prominent pitched roof, a cantilevered balcony with integrated planters, and a ground-floor gated entrance finished with vertical wood slats. A textured concrete boundary wall provides privacy, accented by recessed lighting. The structure is set within a realistic exterior environment, incorporating mature trees and ornamental shrubs that soften the architectural geometry of the building.

The download is a 837 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This 3ds Max scene is structured for immediate rendering, with all geometry, lighting, and environmental assets pre-positioned. Users can easily adjust camera angles to capture specific elevations or perspectives without needing to rebuild the environment. Materials are mapped to the building components, allowing for quick adjustments to texture tiling or colour grading to suit project-specific requirements. The file is optimized for efficient scene management, enabling designers to focus on fine-tuning the atmospheric lighting and post-production effects within their preferred render engine workflow.
