Modern Tropical Single-Storey Residential Exterior Scene

This modern tropical single-storey residence is a complete SketchUp scene featuring a covered timber patio and curated garden. The architecture presents a clean, white-rendered volume paired with a pitched, terracotta-tiled roof. A prominent feature is the covered patio defined by exposed timber framing and columns, which creates a sheltered transition space between the interior and the garden. The entrance is marked by arched timber-framed glass doors, adding a soft geometric contrast to the linear building form. Furnished with rattan seating, the patio area emphasizes a relaxed, outdoor-focused lifestyle. The surrounding site includes stone-paved walkways, manicured lawn areas, and mature trees, providing a balanced, ready-to-render context for architectural presentations.

The download is a 1430 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilize this SketchUp scene as a foundational environment for exterior visualisations. The file is structured with distinct layers for building geometry, vegetation, and site elements, allowing for easy toggling or modification. Users should check the model orientation and sun settings to align with specific project lighting requirements. Materials are mapped to standard faces, which can be easily replaced or updated with high-resolution textures. It is recommended to perform a purge of unused components to maintain performance during the rendering phase.
