Modern Three-Storey Tropical Residential Scene

This modern three-storey residential scene for SketchUp features a concrete and timber facade with integrated tropical landscaping. The building presents a contemporary aesthetic defined by a vertical concrete feature wall that anchors the three-storey structure. Horizontal timber soffits and cladding provide warmth, contrasting with clean grey rendered surfaces. Each level incorporates balconies with integrated planters, creating a layered, lush appearance. The design includes a gated ground-level entrance with a paved driveway and surrounding mature palms and hedges. Large glazing panels are used throughout, ensuring a strong connection between the interior living spaces and the exterior environment. This configuration emphasises clean lines, materiality, and a seamless integration of nature into the architectural form.

The download is a 101 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational environment for exterior visualisations or site-specific massing studies. The file is structured to allow for easy adjustment of lighting, environmental settings, and material mapping. Users should check the layer organisation to isolate building elements from the site vegetation and entourage. When merging into a larger project, ensure the coordinate system is aligned and consider optimising the high-poly planting components if performance becomes an issue during the final rendering process.
