Modern Concrete Residential Exterior Scene

This modern concrete residential exterior scene for SketchUp features a minimalist villa integrated with a pool and wooden walkway. This architectural scene showcases a two-storey modern residential villa defined by raw concrete volumes and extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing. A prominent flat-roofed canopy extends over a landscaped terrace, supported by slender columns that echo the clean, linear geometry of the building. The composition includes a reflective water feature with a timber boardwalk, creating a seamless transition between the interior living spaces and the lush exterior garden. The balance of heavy concrete masses against transparent glass partitions and warm timber accents provides a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic suitable for contemporary design presentations.

The download is a 117 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Working with this scene in SketchUp requires careful management of the existing layers to isolate structural elements from landscaping and lighting assets. Users can utilise the pre-configured material mapping to adjust textures or swap finishes to match specific project requirements. Due to the complexity of the geometry, it is recommended to manage the model using components to maintain viewport performance. The file serves as a robust base for exterior rendering workflows, allowing for quick adjustments to sun settings and camera angles.
