Potted Palm and Deciduous Tree Set

This pair of indoor potted plants, provided as a SketchUp model, features a palm in a woven basket and a deciduous tree in a fluted pot. This set includes two distinct indoor plants suitable for architectural visualisation. The first is a tall, lush palm variety housed in a textured, natural-fibre woven basket with integrated handles. The second is a slender deciduous tree with fine, delicate foliage, set within a minimalist, off-white fluted ceramic planter. Both plants offer varied silhouettes and textures, providing a balanced visual contrast for interior scenes. The organic forms of the leaves and the structural rigidity of the pots are captured with detail, making them versatile additions to any contemporary living space or professional environment.

The download is a 103 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these plants are best handled as individual components. Use the scale tool to adjust their height relative to your project's specific floor-to-ceiling requirements. Ensure the textures are mapped correctly by checking the material editor; if the foliage appears too dense or transparent, adjust the opacity settings within your render engine. For scene organisation, place these on a dedicated vegetation layer to easily toggle their visibility during the modelling process, helping to maintain a smooth viewport performance.
