Japanese Zen Garden Landscape Scene Set

This 3ds Max scene features three Japanese Zen garden modules complete with detailed rock formations, bonsai trees, and mossy textures. The collection comprises three distinct landscape modules, each capturing a different aesthetic of traditional Japanese garden design. The composition includes craggy, weathered rock formations arranged to simulate mountain landscapes, alongside meticulously placed bonsai trees and varied ground cover mimicking moss and forest floor. One module features a traditional stone lantern and a small water feature, while another incorporates a raked sand circle with stacked stones. These scenes are designed with high-fidelity textures to ensure realistic light interaction on the stone surfaces and foliage, creating a serene, contemplative atmosphere for architectural visualisations.

The download is a 259 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate these modules directly into larger site plans or architectural renders within 3ds Max. The assets are organised for efficiency, allowing designers to merge the scenes into existing projects and adjust the placement of individual elements or the entire module as needed. Material shaders are optimised for standard render engines, enabling adjustments to moss density or rock weathering to match specific project requirements without compromising the integrity of the original geometry or texture mapping.
