About this asset

This contemporary living room SketchUp scene features a peach sectional sofa set against a sage green arched wall feature. This fully furnished interior scene centers on a modular peach-coloured sectional sofa, complemented by a circular coffee table with a glass top and a metallic base. Behind the sofa, a large arched wall niche painted in soft sage green provides a striking backdrop for abstract wall art. To the right, a floor-to-ceiling wooden cabinet with integrated glass shelving and internal lighting serves as a display for spirits and décor. A small breakfast bar with two wooden bar stools is positioned by the window, while a small indoor garden adds a natural touch.

The download is a 266 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Professionals can utilise this SketchUp scene as a foundational layout for high-end residential projects. The native file structure allows for easy manipulation of individual components, such as the lighting fixtures or the custom cabinetry, to suit specific project requirements. Texture mapping and materials are pre-configured, enabling immediate rendering output. Designers should verify layer organisation upon opening to manage the visibility of the indoor garden elements and lighting assets effectively within their own project templates.

This asset is ideal for residential design proposals, luxury apartment marketing, or boutique hotel lobby visualisations. It pairs well with modern lighting schemes and natural timber finishes. Architects and interior designers searching for complete living room configurations will find this file useful for quick concept development or as a base for customising bespoke joinery designs. Its balanced palette and professional arrangement make it suitable for client presentations where a high level of detail and a warm, inviting atmosphere are required.
