About this asset

Contemporary residential exterior scene in 3ds Max featuring a raised timber deck, plaster walls, and lush garden landscaping. This architectural scene depicts a contemporary residential exterior focused on a raised timber deck structure. The house features clean white-rendered plaster walls and large glass sliding doors that open onto a warm-toned wooden deck, supported by concrete pier foundations. The surrounding landscape includes a manicured lawn, varied shrubbery, and mature trees, all enclosed by a horizontal timber-slat fence. The composition emphasises the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces, using natural materials and light textures to create a serene, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end residential architectural presentations.

The download is a 1059 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals working in 3ds Max can utilise this scene as a foundation for daylight exterior renders. The file includes pre-configured geometry and materials, allowing users to adjust lighting parameters, swap vegetation assets, or modify the framing to suit specific project requirements. It is recommended to check the layer hierarchy and texture paths upon opening to ensure all environmental assets and shaders load correctly within the native render engine environment before final adjustments.

Ideal for residential architecture projects, this scene serves as a primary reference for garden design, deck detailing, or facade studies. It works effectively for early concept visualisation or final marketing imagery where a natural, contemporary atmosphere is required. Designers often search for these assets when developing site plans, outdoor living area concepts, or when needing a high-quality, ready-to-render backdrop for residential property developments. It pairs well with modern house designs, landscape lighting studies, and sustainable timber construction details.
