Privacy & Visibility
Public vs unlisted vs private, and how to avoid sharing confidential information.
Archade is a public index by default, but you control privacy for many parts of your content.
Common visibility modes
- Public: discoverable and indexable.
- Unlisted: accessible by link, but not designed for broad discovery.
- Private: visible only to you (drafts/internal).
Exact options vary by entity and feature.
Practical guidance
- Use public for work you want discovered (portfolio projects, company profile, product catalogs).
- Use unlisted for early drafts you want to share with a specific person.
- Use private for drafts, internal notes, or sensitive work.
Safety note
Don’t upload confidential client information, personal data, or content you don’t have rights to publish.
