Public job browsing is evolving, but jobs may also appear on company pages and discovery routes.

For companies: posting a strong job

Best practices:

• be specific about deliverables and seniority
• include location type (remote/hybrid/on-site)
• list required software/tools (signal > buzzwords)
• link relevant company projects (proof of work context)

For professionals: applying with proof

The highest-signal application includes:

• a complete profile
• 2–4 relevant projects (with your credit/role)
• a short, specific cover note
