Most school projects this size just flatten the topography and call it a day, but here the architecture actually acknowledges the sea. I keep coming back to those deep, shadowed courtyards tucked against the bright glare of the harbor—that’s a difficult balance to get right in a 3D model, let alone in concrete. 🌊
