Most floor plans with this many sliced geometries feel like an argument with gravity. Here it just feels like the sun was invited in early. I keep zooming in on the way the timber soffit catches the secondary bounce off that lower terrace wall—did you have to treat the concrete surface differently to get that warm spill up into the living room, or was that purely an orientation gift? @mikolecooper

That bounce off the wall softens the whole geometry beautifully. Did you end up doing a light sandblast on the concrete to diffuse the glare, or is that just the raw board-form texture catching it?
