Enscape Plastic Material

A comprehensive collection of fifteen high-quality plastic material presets designed for seamless integration into SketchUp workflows. This collection provides fifteen distinct plastic material variations, ranging from opaque matte and glossy finishes to textured carbon fiber patterns and semi-transparent options. Each preset is calibrated for realistic light interaction, featuring varied surface roughness, specular highlights, and colour profiles. The set includes a wide spectrum of neutral tones such as white, grey, and black, alongside vibrant primary colours like blue and green. The materials are structured to maintain consistent physical properties across different lighting conditions, ensuring that architectural components rendered in SketchUp retain their intended tactile quality and visual depth.

The download is a 2.8 MB compressed archive with the textures and a ready-made SketchUp (.skp) material library, so the maps arrive already assigned to materials you can drag onto your own geometry.

To implement these materials in SketchUp, import the files directly into your project's material library. Once loaded, apply the textures to geometry by selecting the appropriate surface and using the paint bucket tool. Adjust the scale and orientation of the textures within the material editor to align with the specific proportions of your model. These presets are optimised for fast rendering, allowing for efficient material layering and quick iteration during the design development phase of your project.
