Yellow Field HDRI Environment Map

This equirectangular HDRI environment map features a yellow field with distant trees under a partly cloudy morning sky for natural light. This 360-degree environment map captures an expansive, dry grassy meadow bordered by a line of mature trees. The scene is illuminated by soft, diffused morning light filtered through a partly cloudy sky, providing a natural, high-dynamic-range lighting setup. The colour palette is dominated by muted, straw-like yellows of the dormant grass set against a cool blue sky. This asset provides a realistic backdrop for exterior renders, offering a balanced contrast that avoids harsh, direct shadows while maintaining depth and atmospheric perspective across the entire 360-degree horizon.

The download is a 6.5 MB file containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To use this HDRI, load the file into your rendering engine's environment or world lighting slot. Adjust the rotation to align the sun position with your scene's primary light source for consistent shadows. Because this is a high-dynamic-range image, it will drive global illumination, reflections, and ambient light in your project. Ensure your exposure settings are calibrated to capture the full range of the map, and use it as an environment texture for realistic outdoor lighting without needing additional light sources.

This environment map is ideal for architectural visualisations requiring a natural, open-field setting, particularly for residential projects or landscape design proposals. It pairs effectively with exterior shots of modern homes, rural pavilions, or park structures where a soft, daylight aesthetic is desired. Professionals searching for outdoor background plates or realistic skyboxes for site-specific renderings will find this useful. It provides a versatile, neutral backdrop that integrates well into various daylight scenes, from early morning architectural studies to general exterior site analysis.
