Pretville Cinema Interior HDRI Environment Map

This equirectangular HDRI environment map provides realistic interior lighting for a vintage cinema, featuring warm tones and red seating. The environment captures a classic cinema auditorium with tiered rows of plush red velvet seats facing a central stage. The space is illuminated by warm, ambient light emanating from overhead fixtures and the projector glow directed toward the screen. Wood finishes line the auditorium walls, contributing to a rich, intimate atmosphere. The equirectangular projection ensures 360-degree coverage, capturing the spatial depth, seat textures, and the specific light temperature of a traditional theatre setting. This asset is designed for high-fidelity rendering, providing accurate reflections and soft global illumination for interior visualisations.

The download is a 5.8 MB file containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To utilise this HDRI, load the file into the environment or background slot of your rendering engine. Adjust the exposure and rotation settings to align the light source with your scene geometry. Because this map contains high dynamic range data, it will drive both the primary lighting and the reflections on materials within your project. Ensure your render settings are configured for 32-bit float input to maintain the integrity of the light information provided in the file.

This environment is ideal for hospitality and entertainment design projects requiring authentic interior lighting conditions. It is well-suited for visualising cinema lobbies, performance spaces, or private screening rooms where a warm, nostalgic mood is required. Professionals can use this map to test material responses to soft, coloured light sources or to provide a realistic backdrop for architectural interior scenes. It pairs effectively with theatre seating models, acoustic wall panels, and brass lighting fixtures in residential or commercial media room design.
