Lapa Thatched Gazebo Environment Map

Lapa thatched gazebo environment map in.hdr format, providing soft daytime ambient lighting and realistic reflections for outdoor scenes. This equirectangular environment map captures a semi-open lapa, a traditional thatched-roof gazebo structure, during the afternoon. The scene features a high, vaulted roof constructed from dark timber beams and natural thatch, providing a warm, textured overhead canopy. The floor is covered in large, light-toned ceramic tiles, creating a neutral base for light interaction. Open sides look out onto a lush, green garden environment, while internal lighting fixtures provide subtle, warm artificial illumination points. The composition offers medium contrast, suitable for integrating 3D assets that require soft, diffuse natural light coupled with specific indoor light sources.

The download is a 6.5 MB file containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

To utilise this HDRI, load the.hdr file into the environment or background slot of your rendering engine, such as V-Ray, Corona, or Octane. Adjust the exposure and white balance settings within your software to match the light intensity of your specific scene. Because this map contains both natural daylight and interior lamps, it is effective for creating realistic reflections on glass or metallic surfaces, enhancing the overall cohesion between your 3D objects and the surrounding environment within your digital project.
