About this asset

This 2K HDRI environment map provides realistic midday garden lighting and reflections for architectural visualization projects. This HDRI captures a bright, natural garden environment during the day. The scene features a manicured lawn framed by dense, mature green hedges and tall trees, creating a soft, diffused light quality typical of an open outdoor space. The spherical projection ensures comprehensive 360-degree coverage, including the sky and surrounding foliage. It is designed to provide consistent, high-dynamic-range illumination for 3D scenes, ensuring that reflections on surfaces like glass or polished metals accurately mirror the natural greenery and open sky visible in the environment capture, maintaining visual coherence across all rendered materials.

The download is an 11.3 MB compressed archive containing a 2K equirectangular high-dynamic-range environment map, ready to load as dome or world lighting in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp renderers, Unreal Engine and D5.

Load this 2K HDRI file into your rendering engine's environment or background slot to establish primary scene lighting and reflections. Adjust the rotation in the environment settings to align the sun position with your architectural model's orientation. For optimal results, use this map in conjunction with an additional light source if a more pronounced sun shadow is required, ensuring the intensity values are balanced to match the ambient light levels provided by the environment map.
