This IES LM-63 photometric file provides precise light distribution data for the ERCO Cylinder surface-mounted directional luminaire. The ERCO Cylinder 85070023 is a professional-grade surface-mounted directional luminaire designed for focused illumination. Physically, this fixture features a clean, cylindrical housing typical of modern architectural lighting, engineered for precise beam control. The IES file encapsulates the luminaire's light intensity distribution, including beam angle and luminous flux characteristics. It serves as a digital representation of the physical unit's optical performance, allowing lighting designers and engineers to accurately simulate light levels, spill, and glare within their projects. This data is essential for achieving high-fidelity lighting calculations in architectural rendering and analysis software.

The download is a single file containing .IES files.

To integrate this file, load the IES data directly into your lighting software or 3D rendering engine. Assign the profile to a light source object to define the physical beam pattern and intensity distribution. Ensure the photometric web is correctly oriented relative to the luminaire geometry to reflect the directional nature of the cylinder. Adjust the luminous flux values within the software to match your project's specific lighting requirements while maintaining the integrity of the manufacturer-defined distribution shape.

This photometric data is intended for use in professional lighting design, architectural visualization, and MEP engineering projects. It is ideal for residential, commercial, and retail environments where precise accent lighting is required, such as highlighting artwork, architectural features, or product displays. Architects and interior designers utilize this data during the design development and documentation phases to verify light levels and ensure compliance with project specifications. Use this file to generate accurate light simulations in projects requiring high-quality, directional illumination profiles.
