Traditional Wood Quad Casement Window – Andersen CR26-2 CW26-2

Traditional wood casement window Revit family featuring a four-unit quad layout with detailed muntin grilles and a natural timber finish. Constructed as a four-wide ganged assembly, this quad casement window features clear insulated glazing divided by traditional simulated divided light muntin bars arranged in a four-by-two grid per sash. The interior frame, sashes, and integral mullions display a warm natural pine or clear-coated timber appearance with sharp joinery profiles. A low-profile exterior surround frames the four individual operable panels, which are aligned seamlessly along a continuous common sill. Delicate muntin profiles balance view clarity and classic architectural character across the expansive horizontal opening.

The download is a 645 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Provided as a native wall-hosted Revit family, the component cuts cleanly into standard basic wall assemblies upon insertion. Architects can align head and sill heights directly in elevation or section views, while family parameters facilitate accurate schedule generation for fenestration takeoffs. Material finish parameters enable effortless reassignment of interior woodwork, exterior cladding, and glass shaders to match project specifications and rendering standards in Enscape or V-Ray.

Tailored for custom residential schemes, suburban houses, historic renovations, and boutique hospitality chalets, this fenestration unit complements living rooms, dining spaces, and primary bedrooms requiring generous natural daylight. It integrates smoothly into architectural sets alongside double-hung units and patio doors. Designers searching for multi-lite casement windows, wood gridded windows, quad sash units, or manufacturer-specific fenestration components will find this family immediately suitable for schematic design through to construction documentation.
