About this asset

This contemporary glazed corner window Revit family features a ninety-degree return, integrated brick soldier lintel, and projecting stone sill. A ninety-degree corner fenestration assembly combining white-finished perimeter frames with built-in structural envelope details. The long elevation incorporates two glazed bays, featuring a split vertical light with an upper transom hopper beside a large clear fixed pane. Across the corner post, the return face presents an expansive single-lite pane optimizing panoramic daylight. The upper perimeter displays a red brick soldier-course lintel detail, while the bottom is grounded by a heavy chamfered stone masonry sill with integrated end stoolings, providing articulated exterior wall junctions.

The download is a 840 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this component directly into Revit project templates to handle complex exterior corner envelope geometry. Place the family at intersecting exterior walls to coordinate rough openings, masonry reveal depths, and cavity closures simultaneously across both faces. Frame profiles, glazing panels, and lintel surfaces assign cleanly to project material libraries for documentation and realistic visualisations.

Ideal for residential townhouses, suburban houses, detached villas, and low-rise residential developments requiring detailed masonry envelope junctions. It serves exterior facade renders, detail sections, and internal living room or corner bedroom scenes where natural light wraps around two orientations. Specifiers searching for corner fenestration, brick lintel window, or masonry sill window families will find this unit integrates smoothly into coordinated facade drawings.
