About this asset

Modern white fixed window Revit family featuring a vertical glazed lite topped with an integrated horizontal transom bar and upper pane. This window unit presents a clean, rectilinear form defined by a slim outer profile and a horizontal intermediate transom mullion. The composition divides the aperture into a tall lower fixed viewing pane and a shallower upper transom lite. Crisp perimeter frame geometry and defined glazing rebates establish clear architectural reveals. The frame is finished in neutral white, enclosing flat glazed panels shown with standard shaded tinting. Its proportional verticality suits contemporary facade rhythms where unobstructed sightlines, natural daylight penetration, and clean line work are prioritized over operable sashes.

The download is a 154 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Built as a native Revit family component, this window hosts directly into standard architectural wall assemblies. Insert the family into exterior or interior partition hosts, adjust head height or sill elevations in elevation views, and map native materials to frame and glass subcategories. The lightweight geometry ensures fast viewport regeneration and clean vector projection in floor plans, facade elevations, and building sections without bloating project file sizes.

Well suited for residential apartments, private houses, commercial office shells, and boutique hospitality interiors. Designers can incorporate this fixed glazing unit across street facades, courtyard envelopes, corridor walls, or stair enclosures requiring daylighting without ventilation requirements. The assembly pairs smoothly with exterior rainscreen cladding, masonry veneers, or interior drywall returns.
