About this asset

A classic push-out casement and picture window combination Revit family featuring divided lite grilles and flanking operable sashes. This tripartite window assembly pairs a wide central picture unit with two flanking push-out casement sashes set within an integrated exterior frame profile. The central glazing features a twelve-lite rectangular grille grid, while each flanking casement includes a six-lite configuration with matching muntin bars. Finished in off-white frame elements with transparent blue glazing panels, the assembly incorporates stepped perimeter casing and vertical mullions separating the fixed center panel from the operable flankers. Proportions emphasize a horizontal orientation suited for broad wall apertures requiring both expansive daylight and perimeter natural ventilation.

The download is a 2.1 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed as a wall-hosted Revit family, the component inserts directly into vertical host walls, cutting accurate openings in elevation and plan views. Place the family, adjust sill height parameters, and modify family instance or type properties to match scheduled rough openings. Material parameters allow easy overrides for exterior cladding, interior timber finishes, and glass shaders to suit drafting styles or coordinated photorealistic rendering passes.

Commonly specified for residential architecture, custom houses, suburban villas, and boutique hospitality projects, this combination window anchors living rooms, master bedrooms, and dining spaces. The divided lite design complements traditional, farmhouse, and transitional exterior facades featuring brickwork, stone, or lap siding. Architecture teams frequently search for tripartite casement assemblies, picture window with flankers, and multi-lite residential glazing families when developing detailed window schedules and elevation drawings.
