The download is a 625 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this specialized equipment family directly into Autodesk Revit project environments to coordinate lab counter layouts. The geometry inserts cleanly onto casework surfaces or equipment shelves at true elevation. Assign custom materials to the casing and faceplate via the family properties to match institutional facility standards. Ensure service zone clearances and connection routes for pure water delivery tubing are maintained during MEP coordination.

Ideal for technical facility planning, this asset suits medical diagnostic laboratories, university research centers, pharmaceutical production suites, and hospital pathology departments. Position it adjacent to sinks, fume hoods, or analytical chemistry benches during detailed design and schematic equipment layout phases.
