Designed for utilitarian waste management, this green cylindrical trash can is a Revit family asset featuring a domed lid and metal utility handles. The asset presents a tall, circular cylindrical refuse container modelled with a defined rim collar and a slightly recessed base ring. A circular fitted lid rests across the top aperture, capped by a centrally mounted rectilinear pull handle. Additional pull handles are mounted horizontally along the upper cylinder sides to represent lifting points. Finished in a solid forest green surface tone, the body geometry contrasts with metallic grey hardware elements at each handle attachment. Clean geometric extrusions provide crisp edges in axonometric view while keeping geometric complexity minimal for smooth project performance.
The download is a 205 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Supplied as an RFA component, the element loads directly into Revit architectural or facility management projects without external dependencies. Users can insert the family directly onto level planes or host floors in floor plan and 3D views. Shading parameters and material categories allow quick graphic overrides, enabling designers to match municipal waste coding or facility colour standards across schedules and sheet presentations.
This freestanding waste receptacle fits back-of-house circulation zones, janitorial closets, commercial kitchens, workshop facilities, and service corridors across educational, industrial, and municipal buildings. It also coordinates naturally in outdoor service yards, loading docks, and park maintenance bays alongside recycling stations, exterior storage sheds, and utilitarian site furnishings. The clean silhouette makes it suitable for equipment space planning, code compliance clearances, and operational maintenance diagrams in BIM documentation sets.
