Countertop nut roaster Revit family modeled after the Mandelprofi Mini specialty cooker with overhead motor enclosure and stainless steel housing. This commercial food service appliance features a tiered countertop construction comprising a lower white-coated base cabinet, an intermediate stainless steel work deck, and an upper red drive housing with an aluminum canopy. The lower front panel houses manual operating controls including a large rotary thermostat dial, indicator lights, and a rocker switch. A circular central aperture accommodates the integrated rotating kettle and internal agitator arm, engineered for caramelizing and roasting nuts. Supported by rear mounting posts, the upper drive assembly angles downward to direct the mechanical mixing paddle directly into the cooking chamber.
The download is a 1.4 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Load this specialty equipment family directly into Autodesk Revit project environments and position it atop commercial stainless steel prep tables, front-of-house counters, or mobile concession carts. Assign electrical supply parameters and verify circuit schedules to align with back-of-house MEP engineering coordination. The component displays crisp linework in floor plan, elevation, and 3D views for clean construction document detailing and food service layout presentations.
