Kompan Voyager Playground Equipment

This Kompan Voyager playground structure is a Revit family featuring a modular design with primary colour components for play. The Kompan Voyager is a compact, multi-functional play structure designed for active engagement in outdoor environments. It features a central vertical mast supporting a curved blue panel, flanked by two primary vertical posts accented with white rings. The base includes semi-circular red seating or barrier elements, complemented by a substantial green curved wall section that provides enclosure. The assembly is constructed from high-density plastics and powder-coated metal, ensuring durability in public settings. Its geometry is straightforward, prioritising safety and visual appeal through a vibrant palette of red, blue, and green, making it a distinct feature for children's spaces.

The download is a 911 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is managed as a site component. Users should load the RFA file into their project environment and place it on the site plan or finished ground floor level. Because it is a standalone piece of equipment, it can be easily rotated or mirrored to suit the layout of a playground. Designers can utilise the visibility settings to control the level of detail in plan versus 3D views, ensuring the model remains lightweight while maintaining accurate site plan representation.
