About this asset

This Isoras Rojas flowering ornamental shrub is a Revit family featuring distinct grey-green foliage and vibrant orange and yellow blooms. The Isoras Rojas is a stylized ornamental shrub designed for site planning and landscape visualisation within Revit. It features a simplified, geometric representation of leafy foliage in a muted grey-green tone, contrasted by bright, trumpet-shaped flowers in orange and yellow. The structure is lightweight, intended for placement within site plans, garden beds, or container arrangements. It provides a clear, readable representation of plant massing without excessive polygon density, ensuring project files remain agile while maintaining a distinct visual character for site-wide vegetation studies and architectural renderings.

The download is a 420 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is loaded as a standard planting component. Users can place the shrub directly into a project or within a site-specific family. It is best managed using the visibility settings to toggle between coarse, medium, and fine detail levels if applicable. Material parameters can be adjusted via the project browser to align with broader landscape design standards or to modify the appearance of the foliage and flowers for specific seasonal or stylistic requirements.

This asset is suitable for residential garden designs, urban landscaping projects, and exterior architectural visualisations. It pairs effectively with standard grass textures and hardscape elements like stone or concrete retaining walls. Professionals working on site development or master planning will find this useful for adding colour and visual interest to outdoor areas. Search for this plant when needing to populate green spaces, entrance planters, or backyard layouts in BIM environments, ensuring consistent scale and aesthetic coordination across exterior design packages.
