About this asset

This Tennis Court Revit family provides a standard sports facility layout for site planning and landscape design in Revit projects. This Revit family represents a standard tennis court configuration suitable for site development and master planning. The asset features a flat, rectangular playing surface with clearly defined court markings for service boxes and baselines, accompanied by a simplified central net component. The model is designed with a neutral grey finish, representing a typical hard-court concrete surface. Its geometry is clean and lightweight, focusing on the essential proportions and layout required for site documentation rather than high-fidelity detailing of surface textures or tensioned fencing systems, ensuring efficient performance in large project files.

The download is a 164 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

To integrate this court into a project, load the family into your Revit site plan view and place it on your site topography or floor element. Use the align and rotate tools to orient the court within your site layout. Since this is a lightweight family, it is ideal for massing studies or schematic design stages where rapid site iteration is necessary. You can override the material in the object style settings to reflect specific surface finishes like acrylic or painted concrete.

This asset is essential for landscape architects, urban planners, and residential designers working on site layouts for schools, private residences, or community sports centres. It pairs well with other site elements such as perimeter fencing, stadium seating, or surrounding landscaping. Search for this model when developing site plans, master plans, or recreational facility layouts where a standard court footprint is required to define spatial relationships and circulation paths within an outdoor or sports-oriented project environment.
