About this asset

This minimalist wall-hung ceramic washbasin is a native Revit family designed for modern bathroom and ensuite project layouts. This wall-hung washbasin features a simple, clean-lined geometry typical of contemporary sanitaryware. The basin is designed for direct mounting to a partition or structural wall, optimising floor space in compact environments. Its form is neutral and functional, characterised by a smooth, white ceramic finish that integrates seamlessly into various interior styles. The component includes a standard drain outlet and precise connection points, ensuring it aligns correctly with plumbing systems. Its minimalist aesthetic avoids unnecessary ornamentation, focusing instead on clean hygiene and efficient water drainage within a professional architectural context.

The download is a 123 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

To integrate this component, load the family into your project and use the wall-hosted constraint to snap the unit directly to your partition or wall assembly. Once placed, utilise the standard Revit plumbing connector to link the basin to your supply and waste piping runs. Adjust the vertical offset via the properties palette to match your finish floor level, and ensure your view range is correctly set to display the fixture in your floor plans and reflected ceiling plans.

This washbasin is suitable for residential bathrooms, hotel ensuites, and high-traffic healthcare facilities where ease of cleaning and space efficiency are primary considerations. It pairs effectively with wall-mounted faucets and minimalist vanity mirrors to create a cohesive, modern look. Architects and interior designers will find this asset useful for both schematic design and construction documentation phases, particularly when specifying sanitaryware for small-scale renovations or large-scale multi-unit developments requiring standard, reliable, and easily maintainable bathroom plumbing fixtures.
