About this asset

Modern undermount kitchen sink Revit family featuring an asymmetric double-bowl configuration with integrated drain cutouts. Formed as an asymmetric dual-compartment fixture, the geometry presents a deep primary rectangular basin alongside a secondary, narrower disposal or prep bowl. Softly radiused inner corners define both wells to simplify cleaning clearances, while subtle basin floor tapers direct flow toward the centered drain outlets. The flat peripheral rim is profiled specifically for seamless sub-counter mounting below solid surfacing or stone worktops. Clean, low-polygon boundary contours ensure the component maintains light geometry without sacrificing the characteristic silhouette and bowl transition lines of the physical sanitaryware piece.

The download is a 143 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this Revit family directly into project templates or active kitchen layouts to coordinate plumbing rough-ins. As a dedicated plumbing fixture component, it places accurately against casework countertops or vanity substructures. Users can align plumbing connectors to domestic water and waste pipework runs, verify clearance under the base cabinetry, and generate precise graphic cutouts in joinery schedules or documentation sheets without impacting file performance.

This undermount basin model suits residential kitchen islands, galley counters, multi-family apartment developments, and hospitality food preparation zones. It integrates cleanly beneath granite, quartz, or solid surface countertops alongside gooseneck mixer faucets and undermount accessories. Search terminology typically covers undermount kitchen sink, Kohler undertone basin, double bowl plumbing fixture, two compartment prep sink, and residential kitchen CAD fixture for detailed interior design documentation and MEP clash detection.
