About this asset

Undermount double-bowl kitchen sink Revit family modelled after the Kohler Undertone K-3352 with asymmetric primary and disposal basins. This plumbing fixture features an asymmetrical dual-basin configuration engineered for seamless undermount installation beneath solid-surface countertops. The primary compartment on the left accommodates cookware washing with broad rounded corners and a centered drain opening, while the compact right-hand basin functions for food preparation or waste disposal. An integrated perimeter mounting flange ensures clean flush bonding under stone or composite surfaces. Internal wireframe details define precise transitional radii, drain baskets with stopper hardware, and designated cut-out boundaries suitable for accurate millwork and joinery coordination in kitchen schedules.

The download is a 123 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for Autodesk Revit, this component inserts directly into casework layouts, countertop sub-assemblies, or architectural models as a plumbing fixture family. Users can nest the geometry into millwork casework families or host it to countertop cut-outs. Coarse, medium, and fine graphic detail levels allow crisp representation in floor plans and sections, while standard pipe connectors streamline MEP sanitary and supply coordination.

Suited for contemporary residential kitchens, multi-family apartment developments, and hospitality suite kitchenettes, this double-basin fixture pairs naturally with stone countertops, deck-mounted pull-down mixer faucets, and under-sink base cabinetry. Specifiers and interior designers searching for undermount double sink families, Kohler kitchen sanitaryware, or stainless steel undermount sinks will find this asset suitable across concept design, construction documentation, and interior fixture schedules.
