About this asset

Designed for seamless countertop integration, this double bowl kitchen sink Revit family represents the Kohler Undertone K-3351 with dual basins. The fixture features a dual-basin configuration with rounded interior corners and a continuous perimeter rim designed for undermount installation beneath solid-surface or stone benchtops. A larger primary basin sits adjacent to a secondary prep basin, separated by a low-profile dividing saddle. Centered waste outlet recesses are modeled into each basin floor, complete with strainer basket geometry to accurately represent rough-in positions. Crisp edge transitions and clean geometric surfaces ensure lightweight model performance while providing sufficient detail for architectural joinery drawings, section cuts, and internal elevation views.

The download is a 143 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA family directly into Revit project templates to place it into kitchen casework or countertop families. The component aligns cleanly with work planes, allowing precise void cuts in millwork surfaces. Material parameters can be mapped to project standards for stainless steel finishes, while connector points facilitate coordination with domestic water supply and drainage pipework within MEP views and schedules.

Specified primarily for private residences, multi-family apartment developments, and hospitality staff kitchens, this fixture integrates into contemporary kitchen layouts, pantries, and sculleries. It pairs naturally with gooseneck kitchen mixers, pull-out spray faucets, and integrated under-counter waste separation systems. Specifiers searching for double bowl undermount sinks, Kohler kitchen sinks, or Revit sanitaryware fixtures will find this asset suitable from detailed interior design stages through to plumbing coordination documentation.
