Green Velvet L-Shaped Sofa with Wooden Base

This contemporary L-shaped sofa 3ds Max model features a vibrant green velvet upholstery set upon a natural light-wood platform base. Defined by its soft, rounded geometry, this L-shaped sofa combines a plush, deep-seated velvet frame with a structured light-wood base. The upholstery is finished in a rich, matte green velvet, providing a tactile, luxurious contrast to the exposed timber plinth. Its low-profile design is complemented by generous cushioning, including a matching green bolster and an additional off-white scatter cushion for added visual depth. The modular-style configuration offers a seamless corner transition, making it a versatile choice for open-plan living environments where clean lines and comfort are prioritised equally.

The download is an 11.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Organised with logical layer naming, this 3ds Max asset allows for efficient integration into complex interior scenes. The geometry is clean, facilitating easy placement via standard snap-to-grid tools. Users can quickly adjust the wood grain mapping or tweak the velvet material parameters to match specific lighting conditions using standard render engine shader setups. The model is scaled to real-world proportions, ensuring it sits correctly on floor planes without requiring extensive coordinate adjustments during the initial blocking-out phase of a project.
