Engineered for flush terrazzo installations, this square floor cleanout Revit family features an adjustable nickel-style head over a cast body. The assembly comprises a heavy-duty circular cast iron lower body coated in red protective primer, paired with a square adjustable head assembly. Designed to accept poured architectural terrazzo or floor infill, the square top tray features perimeter countersunk fastening screws and a central threaded securing plug. A broad flange ring provides anchoring and waterproofing clamping support within concrete floor slabs. The satin-finished square rim establishes a clean edge separation between surrounding flooring and the cleanout cover, allowing service access to subterranean drainage stacks without interrupting continuous decorative floor finishes.
