About this asset

Modern double basin vanity family for Revit featuring dual integrated rectangular sinks, twin deck-mounted faucets, and four storage drawers on slender legs. The assembly incorporates a clean rectilinear profile composed of a solid moulded countertop with two curved, gently sloping basin recesses. Each bowl includes central drain detailing, an overflow opening, and a contemporary squared monobloc mixer tap. Below the white counter surface sits a four-drawer storage credenza finished in muted terracotta, accented with slim horizontal pull handles. The entire carcass is raised on four slender square-profile metal legs, delivering an open, floating silhouette that keeps floor space visually clear while providing practical under-counter bathroom storage.

The download is a 1.1 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Engineered as an RFA plumbing component, this family can be placed directly against project walls within Revit interior elevations, plans, and 3D coordination models. Users can assign custom material finishes across the basin deck, drawer fronts, and hardware via family parameters. Standard MEP connector points enable smooth coordination with domestic hot, cold, and sanitary drainage runs.

Suited for master ensuite layouts, luxury boutique hotel guest suites, and contemporary residential bathroom renovations where dual wash facilities are required within a compact footprint. Specifiers sourcing double sink console units, modular vanity cabinetry, or contemporary sanitaryware packages will find this unit integrates naturally alongside frameless mirrors, tiled wet rooms, and minimalist architectural tapware collections across design phases.
