Modern Cream Acrylic Drop-In Whirlpool Bathtub – Kohler K-1201

This modern off-white acrylic drop-in whirlpool bathtub Revit family replicates the contoured interior profile of the Kohler K-1201 Hourglass 30 model. Physically, the fixture features an exterior rectangular rim designed for deck or drop-in installation, housing an ergonomically contoured hourglass basin. Integral armrests and a gently sloped backrest taper into the bathing well, providing supportive body positioning. Multiple low-profile whirlpool hydromassage jets flank the interior side walls, accompanied by an integrated air control switch, overflow opening, and bottom suction and drain fittings finished in polished chrome. The exterior flange exhibits a neutral almond or cream acrylic gloss finish, suited for podium mounts, tiled decks, or alcove enclosures.

The download is a 113 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Engineered as a lightweight Revit plumbing fixture family, this asset loads cleanly into interior documentation sets and floor plans without introducing geometric overhead. Users can place the component directly on custom tub decks, align it with adjacent bathroom walls, and assign custom materials to the acrylic shell and metal trim within project views. Standard MEP connector points facilitate straightforward coordination with sanitary drainage and cold or hot water supply runs in building models.

Suited for primary residential ensuites, hospitality guest suites, and luxury wellness facilities, this whirlpool bath enhances both detailed construction drawings and interior visualizations. Architects and interior designers specifying drop in jetted tub or luxury whirlpool bath components will find it pairs smoothly with wall-mounted thermostatic mixers, surrounding porcelain tile decks, and glass bath screens. It functions reliably across schematic master bathroom layouts, construction documentation, and plumbing fixture schedules.
