About this asset

This modern chrome shower column Revit family features an exposed riser rail, circular overhead deluge head, and integrated handheld wand. The fixture presents an exposed vertical riser rail fabricated from polished metallic tubing with an arched top feed. An overhead circular rain shower plate delivers a broad spray pattern, balanced below by an adjustable holder securing a slim cylindrical handheld wand. Flexible hose routing loops downward towards an exposed horizontal wall mixer body equipped with cross-handle and lever controls for precise volume and thermal adjustment. Clean cylindrical brackets provide rigid wall offset mountings, delivering a crisp geometric profile suitable for contemporary wet rooms.

The download is a 532 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the RFA component directly into project templates or active MEP layouts. Place the fixture onto wet room partition faces to establish standard plumbing mounting heights and rough-in alignments. Designers can coordinate vertical wall clearance, verify piping connection points against MEP risers, and assign custom metallic surface finishes within family material parameters to align visual consistency across shaded internal elevations, tender packages, and documentation views.

Designed for master bathrooms, ensuite walk-in showers, high-end residential renovations, and luxury boutique hotel hospitality projects. The exposed riser architecture pairs naturally with frameless glass enclosures, minimalist vanity units, and large-format porcelain or marble wall cladding. Architects and MEP technicians sourcing exposed thermostatic shower kits, overhead deluge mixers, wall-mounted riser sets, or dual-outlet shower systems will find this asset well-proportioned for early schematic presentations and full construction documentation.
