About this asset

This industrial floor cleanout Co-200-Rx is a Revit family component designed for integration into building drainage systems. The Co-200-Rx floor cleanout features a heavy-duty cast iron body with a threaded brass-finish top cover. The cover displays a concentric circle pattern for grip and aesthetics, secured by perimeter screws. Its design includes a side-access plug, facilitating maintenance and inspection of plumbing runs. The assembly is built to withstand floor traffic, with a robust, utilitarian form factor typical of commercial and industrial drainage hardware. The cleanout is compact, designed for flush installation within floor slabs, providing a reliable point of access for clearing blockages in sanitary or storm drainage lines.

The download is a 317 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Engineers and designers can load this component into a Revit project as a plumbing fixture family. It is typically hosted on floor surfaces, allowing for precise placement within drainage piping networks. Users should map the connection points to existing pipe runs to ensure proper system connectivity. The family supports standard Revit visibility settings, enabling the cleanout to appear correctly in both 3D mechanical views and 2D construction documentation, including floor plans and plumbing riser diagrams.

This component is essential for MEP engineers and architects working on commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential projects where drainage maintenance access is required. It is frequently specified in plant rooms, utility spaces, kitchens, and basements. Professionals searching for this asset will typically look for plumbing fittings, drainage infrastructure, or MEP site-utility components. It integrates seamlessly with standard cast iron or PVC piping systems, providing a necessary technical solution for long-term building maintenance and compliance with local plumbing codes.
