Contemporary Drop-In Whirlpool Bathtub – Kohler Pristine K-772-H2

Designed for luxury bathroom layouts, this contemporary drop-in whirlpool bathtub Revit family features an oval bathing well with integrated hydrotherapy jets. Characterised by a rectangular deck surround enclosing an organic oval basin, this bathtub model replicates Kohler's Pristine whirlpool design. The smooth off-white acrylic surface features contoured armrests, a sloped lumbar support profile, and moulded internal recesses. Embedded hydrotherapy jets, an overflow aperture, and trim fittings are integrated cleanly along the perimeter walls of the basin. The broad perimeter deck allows flexible drop-in installation or undermount deck mounting, providing clean transitions into tiled tub platforms or solid stone surrounds in BIM interior elevations and plan documentation.

The download is a 154 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Import this native RFA file into project environments as a standard plumbing fixture component. Place the family directly into floor slabs or custom millwork casings, aligning rim heights with finished architectural levels. Mechanical and plumbing connectors facilitate accurate schematic pipework routing for hot and cold supply lines alongside drainage networks. Material parameters can be adjusted in the family editor to coordinate surface finishes for realistic renderings.

Suited for master ensuite schemes, luxury multi-family apartments, boutique hospitality suites, and day spa facilities, this asset integrates effectively across detailed interior design packages and technical MEP coordination models. It coordinates naturally with deck-mounted tub fillers, tiled surround enclosures, wall niches, and adjacent glass shower partitions. Architects and BIM coordinators can incorporate this drop-in hydromassage tub during schematic space planning through to construction documentation and fixture schedule preparation.
