CERAMIC DESIGN-Trocco Sink with Vanity Console

This contemporary wall-hung washbasin and vanity console Revit family features a high-gloss black vessel sink set on a dark wood frame. The Trocco unit comprises a circular, high-gloss black ceramic vessel sink mounted on a rectangular, wall-hung vanity console. The console features a polished dark wood perimeter with a central inlay, supported by a sleek metallic frame structure. This combination creates a striking contrast between the organic, reflective surface of the basin and the clean, architectural lines of the vanity support. The compact, wall-mounted configuration is designed to maximise floor space while providing a sophisticated aesthetic for modern bathroom environments, offering a balanced blend of functional utility and refined, minimalist design principles.

The download is a 676 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Users should load this Revit family into their project via the Load Family command and place it on a vertical wall surface, as the component is wall-hosted. Once positioned, the vanity can be adjusted within the type properties to align with specific bathroom layouts. The materials are mapped to standard Revit parameters, allowing for customisation of the wood grain and metallic finishes to match project-specific interior palettes, ensuring seamless integration into schedules and documentation sets for accurate quantity take-offs.
