About this asset

This minimalist floor lamp is a Revit family featuring a simple rectilinear paper shade supported by a thin metal base structure. Designed with a clean, understated aesthetic, this floor lamp features a tall, square-profile shade crafted from what appears to be paper or a similar translucent material. The shade is elevated slightly above the floor by a slim, four-legged metal frame, providing a balanced and lightweight appearance. Its proportions are vertical and slender, making it suitable for tight corners or as an accent piece in modern interiors. The geometry is intentionally basic, focusing on the interplay between the opaque frame and the light-diffusing shade material, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into various design schemes.

The download is a 348 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

As a native Revit family, this luminaire is designed for quick placement within your project model. Users can load this component into their lighting schedule and place it on any floor level. The family includes base-level parameters for light source intensity and colour temperature, allowing for accurate integration into interior renderings. Ensure you check the visibility settings in your floor plans and 3D views to manage the representation of the lamp base and shade according to your project's graphic standards.

This floor lamp is an ideal choice for residential living rooms, bedrooms, or hotel guest suites where a soft, ambient light source is required. Its minimalist form pairs well with contemporary or Japandi-style furniture, acting as a subtle secondary light source that does not distract from other design elements. Professionals often use such assets in early-stage conceptual renderings or as part of a curated interior lighting package to provide warmth and scale to interior spaces, particularly in corners or alongside lounge chairs.
