About this asset

This modern open-plan living and dining apartment scene for 3ds Max features a cohesive warm beige palette and custom joinery. This complete apartment interior scene centres on a harmonious open-plan layout, blending living and dining areas with a sophisticated, warm earth-tone palette. The space features herringbone-patterned timber flooring, complemented by textured plaster wall finishes and a bespoke integrated media unit with soft recessed lighting. A curved dining nook is framed by an arched wall niche with integrated LED accent lighting, paired with upholstered dining chairs and a stone-topped table. The design includes refined details such as a woven pendant light, ceiling fan, and delicate sheer curtains that soften the natural light entering the space.

The download is a 1017 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.
