About this asset

Architectural paper drawing Revit family featuring a house sketch sheet alongside a cyan drafting ruler and two wooden pencils. This desk prop arrangement consists of an architectural drawing sheet, a bright cyan drafting ruler, and a pair of slender timber pencils. The central paper component displays a clean black line elevation sketch of a pitched-roof single-storey residence with gabled entry detailing. Positioned adjacent to the drawing, the flat plastic scale ruler exhibits fine graduation markings along its upper bevelled edge. Two miniature drawing pencils with exposed wooden barrels and lead tips complete the tabletop drafting vignette, presenting clean polygonal geometry suitable for close-range office vignettes.

The download is a 502 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for seamless placement, this Revit family loads directly into project environments under the Entourage or Specialty Equipment category. Insert the group onto any workplane, horizontal desktop, or drafting table host. Surface materials for the paper sketch, ruler, and pencils can be adjusted via family type or instance parameters, allowing visualizers to map custom project sketches or refine finish tones before generating internal perspective views.

Suited to commercial architecture studios, design consultation spaces, residential home offices, and educational design labs, this tabletop vignette adds lived-in authenticity to technical interior renderings. It functions effectively as desktop clutter on workstations, drafting boards, and meeting tables during schematic presentation stages. Designers frequently search for architectural desk props, office accessories, blueprint paper, and drafting tools to bring warmth and professional storytelling to corporate workplace visualizations.
