Crafted in knotty pine, this traditional glazed bookcase Revit family features double framed doors with clear glass upper panes and panelled lower fronts. This tall freestanding cabinet is constructed from natural light pine, highlighted by authentic wood grain and natural knots. Two hinged doors divide vertically into transparent glass display panes on top and tongue-and-groove style wooden panelling below. Inside, multiple horizontal shelves provide structured vertical storage for literature or tableware. Traditional detailing includes a crown cornice moulding overhanging the top edge, a recessed plinth base, surface-mounted brass-toned hinges, and turned wooden pull knobs, giving the piece a grounded, domestic craft appearance.
The download is a 614 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Load the component directly into Revit project environments to populate residential layouts, study rooms, or boutique commercial interiors. Position against finished walls across plan or elevation views, adjusting clearance relative to adjacent millwork. Designers can inspect family type parameters for material remapping, applying custom timber stains, paint finishes, or glass transparency values to match project schedules and internal visualisation requirements.
Well-suited for residential living rooms, country house studies, home libraries, and boutique hospitality interiors seeking a classic or farmhouse vernacular. The piece pairs naturally with upholstered armchairs, timber writing desks, and warm neutral surfaces. Interior designers and BIM technicians seeking a traditional vitrine, glazed display cabinet, or pine bookcase will find it functional for schematics, detailed interior elevations, and joinery schedules.
