About this asset

A utilitarian rectangular seminar table Revit family featuring a rounded tan wood-laminate top supported by twin black tubular metal legs. This seminar table features an elongated rectangular work surface finished in a warm tan wood tone, accented by smoothly rounded corners and protective black perimeter edge banding. The underframe is constructed from slender tubular black metal forming dual-post uprights on each end. Each support base terminates in arched, floor-contact feet designed to maintain firm stability across high-traffic floors. Its narrow, linear proportions are tailored specifically for seminar seating, temporary classroom rows, or modular conference training setups where efficient circulation and rapid layout reconfiguration are essential.

The download is a 164 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as a lightweight native Revit furniture family (.rfa), this asset places cleanly on active project levels or finish floor planes. Designers can quickly array units in plan views to evaluate aisle spacing, occupant load, and sightlines within meeting spaces. Standard Revit visibility graphics and phasing settings allow seamless integration across schematic design, furniture scheduling, and code compliance presentations without introducing unnecessary polygon overhead into project models.

Ideal for educational institutions, corporate training centres, multi-purpose community halls, and hotel conference facilities, this table functions effectively in linear lecture, classroom, and U-shape arrangements. It pairs naturally with stacking conference chairs, rolling presentation carts, and mobile whiteboards. Specifiers frequently search for folding training tables, modular seminar desks, and institutional worktables when assembling fast-turnaround FF&E schedules and capacity planning layouts for flexible public or commercial business interiors.
