About this asset

Modern natural wood service counter desk Revit family featuring tiered organizer cubbies, three shallow drawers, and open lower storage shelving. Constructed with a warm, natural wood finish, the unit functions as a compact cashier station, mail-sorting console, or hospitality service desk. The upper tier incorporates an angled profile with three equal cubbies, each fitted with a top mail slot and an integrated pull-out drawer with slim satin metal handles. Below the counter level, an expansive open storage casework section includes a full-width upper shelf above two lower divided compartments. Clean mitred edges, consistent panel thicknesses, and an architectural box silhouette provide a functional, utilitarian aesthetic suitable for commercial and institutional environments.

The download is a 399 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this freestanding component directly into your Revit project environment to position it within reception zones, back-of-house sorting rooms, or retail layouts. The geometry hosts cleanly onto finished floor levels without requiring wall hosting. Material parameters allow easy remapping of wood veneers, laminate casework finishes, and metal pull hardware to align with specification schedules and coordinated BIM material libraries across elevations, callout details, and presentations.

Suited for commercial office fit-outs, boutique retail cash wraps, hotel concierge back-offices, and school administrative suites, this asset provides dedicated storage for documents, supplies, and point-of-sale equipment. Specifiers often search for cashier desks, sorting hutches, service counters, and compact reception stations when detailing customer-facing counters or mailroom casework. It coordinates seamlessly alongside modular office workstations, retail display units, and commercial storage cabinetry throughout schematic space planning and interior design documentation.
